SUMMARYDeltaGraph, created by DeltaPoint, Inc., has confirmed a problem with DeltaGraph versions 2.0 and 2.02 that affects Microsoft Excel for the Macintosh documents. The effects on Microsoft Excel documents are varied. Some known symptoms are:
To work around this problem, delete a file called DGRAPH.XLM which is located in the "Samples" folder (the "Samples" folder should be located in the folder where you installed DeltaGraph). Once you delete the DGRAPH.XLM file, you will need to rebuild the desktop. To rebuild the desktop, press and hold down COMMAND+OPTION and restart your Macintosh.
MORE INFORMATIONA new version of DeltaGraph (version 2.03) is available, which, according to DeltaPoint, solves this problem. DeltaGraph version 2.03 contains an updated DGRAPH.XLM file that corrects the behavior described in this article. Registered DeltaGraph users can obtain this maintenance release at no charge.
