The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMS
When you print to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet (any model) with
System 7.0, 7.0.1, or 7.1, print jobs may not be printed from the
correct bin. Also, the paper size originally chosen may not be used.
CAUSE
These problems usually occur if Background Printing is enabled for the
driver.
WORKAROUND
To disable Background Printing (PrintMonitor):
Hewlett-Packard confirmed this problem and plans to address it with a
future release of the driver. This problem was reported on the HP
LaserJet 4M and the LaserJet 3D printers.
