SYMPTOMS
A flashing Microsoft Access run-time icon is displayed using the
application workspace color, rather than the desktop color.
CAUSE
The run-time icon is not registered as a normal icon; instead, it is
registered as a NULL icon. Microsoft Windows handles painting the icon
background of a NULL icon and a normal icon differently.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, either do not use minimized icons or
specify the same color for your desktop and application workspaces. To
do this, choose Color Settings from Windows Control Panel.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft Access
Distribution Kit version 1.1. This problem no longer occurs in the
Microsoft Access Developer's Toolkit version 2.0.
