PPT97: File Formats for Graph's Import Data Command

SUMMARY

In Microsoft PowerPoint, the Import Data command that is available in Microsoft Graph imports files with the following formats:

• SYLK
• Tab delimited text
• Comma delimited text
• Microsoft Excel
• Lotus 123 (.wk1 files)

If the file is not in the correct format, Graph may import all of the data in one column. You need to manually parse the data so it appears in the appropriate column(s).
