PUB2x: GP Fault When Closing the Second Instance of Publisher

SYMPTOMS
========

If you are running two instances of Publisher and are using Cue Cards, 
and then you exit from the second instance while a Cue Card is trying to 
open, a general protection (GP) fault may occur.

WORKAROUND
==========

To avoid this problem, do not use Cue Cards in more than one session
of Publisher at a time.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Publisher 
version 2.00. We are researching this problem and will post new
