SYMPTOMS
========

The cross-hair mouse cursor will remain outside the list boxes on the
horizontal tool bar in Publisher.

Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------

1. Click the Text Frame tool.

2. Click any of the list boxes on the horizontal tool bar, such as
   Style, Font, or Font Point Size.

3. Drag the cross-hair mouse cursor from the scratch area to a list
   box.

4. Notice that the cross-hair cursor remains for a short time in the
   scratch area while the active mouse cursor converts to an arrow.

After step 4 above, you will notice that the cross-hair cursor
disappears only moments after you drag the mouse cursor onto the list
box, so this shouldn't cause any operability problems.
