SUMMARY
The file allocation table (FAT) file system allows a maximum of 512
files or directories in the root directory of a given partition. If
this limitation prevents Windows NT Setup from copying the file NTLDR
to the root of the bootable partition, you will be unable to complete
the installation of Windows NT.
