SYMPTOMS

During installation of OS/2 1.3.1 from LAN Manager 2.1, 2.1a, or 2.2 you may receive the following error:
SYS1733: The country information file a:\country.sys is incorrect.

WORKAROUND

One possible solution is to enter the computer's CMOS and verify that all components, including hard drive and floppy drives, are configured correctly.
