SYMPTOMS

When you send output from a report to a file with the command

REPORT FORM <report> TO <file>

and you are using the IBM Laser Printer 4019 printer driver that ships with Windows 3.1, the Print To File dialog box prompts you for a file name, even though you have already supplied one.
