The error message
Error writing to file "MSAIN100.DLL"is displayed when you are upgrading a network installation of Microsoft Access from version 1.0 to version 1.1.
CAUSE Make sure that no users are running Microsoft Access on the network. During the version 1.1 installation process, the MSAIN100.DLL file is deleted and replaced with the MSAIN110.DLL file. This file provides the international support for Microsoft Access. If someone is using Microsoft Access when you start the installation process, the error message
Error writing to file "MSAIN100.DLL"is received when the Setup program tries to delete that file. Once all users have closed Microsoft Access, you can restart Setup.
