3-D Pie Chart Prints with Vertical Line Indented

SUMMARY

In Microsoft Excel for the Macintosh, when you print a 3-D Pie Chart, the vertical line at the right edge of a pie chart is indented. This indentation makes the chart appear to have top and bottom surfaces that are larger than the center.

Workaround for Microsoft Excel Version 4.0

To line the right side chart up with the right edge of the top and bottom surfaces, choose Page Setup and select Size On Screen for the Chart Size.

NOTE: This workaround will not work if the chart window is larger than the default when the chart is first created or if the window is maximized.

There is no workaround for Microsoft Excel 3.0.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Excel versions 3.0 and 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
