SUMMARY
Your system may stop responding (hang) when DoubleSpace attempts to
automatically mount (using the Automount switch) a removable media
disk if you are using Symantec NCache or Speedisk.
To work around this problem, either do not use NCache or Speedisk, or
disable the DoubleSpace Automount switch.
For more information on DoubleSpace and Automount, type help dblspace
automount at the MS-DOS command prompt
and then press ENTER.
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
NOTE: This information applies to both Microsoft DoubleSpace and Microsoft
DriveSpace. For MS-DOS 6.22, use DRVSPACE in place of DBLSPACE for commands
and filenames.
