SYMPTOMS

You receive an exception error when you print from Microsoft Word for Windows version 6.0 to a Windows NT server. The exception error occurs in the graphical device interface (GDI) of Windows NT.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1.
