SYMPTOMS
The following STOP message appears:
**** STOP 0x0A(0x30,0x02,0xFC9416D1)
Memory at reference IRQL2 for 0 access from 0xFC9416D1 - NETFLX.SYS
CAUSE
This is caused by a data reference through a NULL pointer. This happens
only if a protocol is being sent data at the same time the protocol tries
to close its link to the MAC driver.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the latest US
Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server. For information
