SUMMARY

The [embedding] section in the WIN.INI file is not used by OLE 1.0 or OLE 2.0 applications. The section is there only for OLE compatibility with pre- OLE 1.0 applications.

The [embedding] section is also used to create the REG.DAT file if it is missing when you start Windows.
