Works: Object Hides Border When Inserted into a Paragraph

SYMPTOMS
If you insert an object, such as a drawing, into a paragraph that is
surrounded with a border, you may notice that the border is hidden by
the drawing.
This occurs if you have inserted the object close to the edges of the
paragraph and you have formatted the text to wrap around the object in
an absolute manner. In other words, you have chosen Picture/Object from
the Format menu, then chose Absolute as your Text Wrap option.
RESOLUTION
In order to display the border, you will need to move the object away
from the edges of the paragraph until the border displays.
