Works Setup Appears to Hang While Updating Your System

SUMMARY

After the Setup program is done copying files to the hard disk drive, it displays the following message: Meanwhile, there is no feedback to let you know that Setup is actually making any progress. You will see the hourglass and the hard drive light will flash intermittently. This process can take several minutes, leading you to believe that the system has stopped responding (hung).

As long as the hard drive light is flashing intermittently, your system is still being updated. Once it is completed, you will receive a message stating that Setup has finished updating your system.
