BUG: Project Manager Limitation in Standard Mode FoxProID: Q109198 The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSIn the Standard (16-bit) version of FoxPro for MS-DOS, versions 2.5x and later, if a project has a large number of files (any number above 75, depending on what types of files are in the project and the size of each file), and another file is added to the project, that file will be removed after the project is built. This behavior will occur after the project has been saved and reopened. NOTE: This problem does NOT occur in the Extended (32-bit) version.
CAUSEThis problem might be caused by the combined compiled size of the files in the project.
RESOLUTIONAt this time, there is no resolution or workaround for this problem.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
