SYMPTOMS
The data in unbound controls on forms will not be displayed when you
preview the form in Datasheet view. Only the names of the controls will be
displayed. Data in bound controls will be displayed correctly.
RESOLUTION
Preview the form in Form view to correctly display the information in
unbound controls. Or, bind unbound controls to fields on a table that store
the data. Binding the controls in this manner will allow you to preview the
form in Datasheet view and see the controls' values.
STATUS
This problem no longer occurs in Microsoft Access version 2.0.
