    SYMPTOMS

If two or more modal pop-up forms are opened and closed, the screen can become distorted or Microsoft Access can stop.

    RESOLUTION

Either change the OpenForm action to open the forms as Normal instead of Dialog, or change the forms' Modal and Popup properties to No.

    STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Access versions 1.0 and 1.1. This problem no longer occurs in Microsoft Access version 2.0.
