ViewRibbon, ViewRibbon()

Syntax:

ViewRibbon [On]
ViewRibbon()

Example:

The following sample macro either shows or hides the ribbon, and displays the result.

      If SelInfo(27) - - 1 Then FileNewDefault
      ViewRibbon
      n - ViewRibbon()
      If n - 0 Then
         MsgBox "The Formatting Toolbar is hidden."
      Else
         MsgBox "The Formatting Toolbar is visible."

ViewRuler, ViewRuler()

Syntax:

ViewRuler [On]
ViewRuler()

The following sample macro turns the ruler on and displays the result.
