BUG: Problem with DrawText Statement

SYMPTOMS

When the mapping mode is set to MM_LOMETRIC, DrawText does not properly handle the "&" (ampersand) prefix character. The underscore character that should go beneath the character that follows the "&" in the string is appearing either elsewhere in the client area or not appearing at all.


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in Windows version 3.1.
