PUB2: Preview of Business Cards Doesn't Match Layout

SUMMARY

If you run the Business Card & Paper PageWizard Design Assistant and select
Fit Lots On The Page when asked the number of business cards you want on
the page, the Wizard shows an example preview picture with 18 cards on it
(three columns, six rows).

However, when the Wizard creates the document, it only places eight cards
on the page (two columns, four rows). This matches neither the preview nor
the PaperDirect precut business card paper.

of how the final layout will look.
