Using the Logitech Three-Button Mouse with Word 6.0 |
Q110635
The right mouse button on a three-button Logitech mouse may not perform some functions in Word for Windows.
The Logitech three-button mouse controller allows you to assign functions to its middle and right mouse buttons. If the right mouse button is assigned to a function, Word for Windows loses the ability to use that button to accomplish any of the functions it associates with the right mouse button.
To quickly check if any mouse buttons are assigned, minimize all
applications and check for a purple mouse icon in the lower-right portion
of the screen.
The Logitech three-button mouse is manufactured by Logitech, a vendor
independent of Microsoft; we make no warranty, implied or otherwise,
regarding this product's performance or reliability.
