Access: Toolbar Disappears Instead of Docking

SYMPTOMS

If you open any database file in Access running on a Windows NT workstation, undock the database toolbar then dock it again, the toolbar disappears even though it should remain visible.

If you minimize, then restore, the toolbar is painted correctly.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1.
