SUMMARY
When you print to an Apple ImageWriter or ImageWriter II printer, you must
use different alignments for manual feed and tractor feed. If the paper is
misaligned, the top margin may be approximately one inch larger than
expected on the printout.

To correctly align the paper in the printer for manual-feed printing,
follow these instructions:
Tractor-Feed Printing
When you align tractor-fed paper, printing begins approximately one inch
from the top of the paper.
