Works for Windows Err Msg: Cannot Open Help File

SYMPTOMS

When you try to open the topic "How to use Help" from the Works Help menu, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot open help file.
This may occur because the WINHELP.HLP file is missing.

The WINHELP.HLP file is normally installed with Windows into the Windows directory. However, if the file has been deleted, or if you chose to omit this file when you installed Windows, the error message will appear.

RESOLUTION

To restore this file, perform a custom installation of Windows and choose to install only the Help feature.
