Open and Read Access Denied to WFWSYS.CFG

CAUSE

In Windows for Workgroups 3.11 you can administer certain configured security features located in the file WFWSYS.CFG. The file can exist locally or on a remote computer. When WFWG is started, a null session is established to the server/workgroup client where WFWSYS.CFG is located and the security settings are initialized.

If WFWSYS.CFG is located on a LAN Manager server, open and read access is denied due to the null session imposed by OS2/LAN Manager.
