SYMPTOMS

During the graphics-mode portion of Setup, the installation fails displaying read errors on an AMBRA D466BL Blue Lightning computer.

CAUSE

An incompatibility exists between the built-in floppy disk controller and Windows NT.

WORKAROUND

Disable the built-in floppy controller and install a separate one to install and use Windows NT.
