Works: Highlight Disappears when Tabbing Between Cells

SUMMARY

You can highlight an area of a spreadsheet, then use the TAB key to move from cell to cell within the highlighted area. The active cursor progresses from left to right as you press the TAB key. When you reach the rightmost cell in the highlighted area, pressing TAB moves you to the first cell on the next row in the selection. When you reach the last cell in the highlighted area, the active cursor returns to the first cell, and the selection remains highlighted.

However, if some of the cells in the selected area are locked and protected, the cursor and selection behave differently. In this case, when you press TAB to move through the selection, the active cursor skips over the locked and protected cells. Additionally, if part of the locked and protected cells are outside of the highlighted selection, the active cursor does not return to the first cell. Instead, the cursor moves down to the next row and the highlight disappears.
