not a valid Avery part number. The name tags are designed for Avery Label
#5164.

Publisher includes a number of formatted templates to make common desktop
publishing tasks easier. Among these is a template designed to create name
tags based on the Avery #5164 label. This template is named NAMETAG.PUB and
is located in the MSPUB\TEMPLATE subdirectory. Page 2 of this template
contains the instructions for using and printing the name tags. Paragraph 5
of the instructions incorrectly states:

   To print: Print page 1. The name tags are designed to fit
   on Avery Label #5264.

The correct Avery Label number is 5164.
