Publisher 2.0 Ejects Blank Page on Dot-Matrix Printers

SYMPTOMS
========

When you print a publication from Microsoft Publisher 2.0 to a dot-matrix
or inkjet printer on a system running Windows 3.1, the printer
may eject a blank page or print incorrectly.

RESOLUTION
==========

This problem may occur if there was an attempt to change resolution of the
printer using the Print Quality option. This option can be changed when
choosing Print from the File menu in Publisher. The value in the Print
Quality option should be the same as the default resolution for this
printer, as set from the Printers icon in Control Panel. To
avoid this problem, do not change the Print Quality setting in Publisher;
instead, change the default resolution for the printer through Control
Panel or Print Manager.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Publisher version 2.0. This
problem was corrected in Publisher version 2.0a.
