Microsoft's Windows NT driver for the EtherLink III (3c509) can be downloaded from the WINNT forum on CompuServe. Type GO WINNT, enter library 2, and download file ELNK3.ZIP. *NOTE*: This driver is supported only by Microsoft!

As of Service Pack 2 for Windows NT, there have been no updates to the ELNK3.SYS driver. At this time, Microsoft does not have an updated Windows NT driver for the 3Com 3C509 network adapter. The 3Com product included here is manufactured by a vendor independent of Microsoft; we make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding this product's performance or reliability.
