The date and time of an executable built with FoxPro for Windows is the date and time of decompression, not the date and time the executable was created.

When SETUP.EXE is run at the installation site, it decompresses the executable built with FoxPro for Windows and assigns it the current date and time. Therefore, it is not possible to track executable versions by date and time.
