Incomplete NTBACKUP Directory Listing

SYMPTOMS

The directory listing of a tape backed up with the Windows NT Backup program (NTBACKUP) may not coincide with the directory tree.

Even though all files may not be displayed correctly, all files are still present.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1.
