SUMMARY

A Gantt Chart summary bar that has only a milestone as a subordinate will not display a bar.

MORE INFORMATION

A summary task shows a bar if the finish date is later than the start date. Since both the start date and finish date for a milestone are the same, the summary task can't display a bar.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior:

Enter a task named Summary for Id 1.

Enter a task named Task A with a duration of 0 days for Id 2.

Make Task A a subordinate of Summary.

Note that there is no summary bar displayed for Summary.
