SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Project, the
Late Start,
Late Finish, and
Total Slack fields are incorrect for a task if the following are true:
- The task has a finish-to-start (FS) relationship with a predecessor
task
- The task has a start-to-start (SS) relationship with a successor
task
- The task has a constraint of Start No Earlier Than
