PRJ: Sized Object Returns to Original Size After Paste or Edit

SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Project, if you size an embedded object, the object appears the original size when you do either of the following:
- Copy or cut the embedded object, and then paste it to another
location
-or-
- Edit the embedded object by double-clicking the object, and then
update and return to Microsoft Project.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
MORE INFORMATION
This behavior does not occur when you copy or cut drawing objects on the Gantt chart.
If you size an embedded object, you must size the object again after you copy and cut or paste, or after you edit the object in the source application.
