Can't Read Buttons with Black Button Face |
Q113771
kbusageWhen you use the Color icon in the Control Panel to change your button color in Microsoft Windows to black, you are not able to see the button text or pictures in Microsoft Project.
The Button Text color that you choose in the Color dialog box in Microsoft Windows is not used in Microsoft Project. Because the color of the text and pictures that appear on the buttons in Microsoft Project is black, you are not able to see any text or pictures on the buttons when you change the button color to black.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Project version 4.0.
Because the button pictures are graphics, they should not be affected by the button text color. However, the text on the buttons should appear in the button text color that you set using the Control Panel.
