Task Table

Field Name	Type	Description
Confirmed	Calculated	Indicates whether all of the resources that received the same Task Request message have agreed to the task assignment.
Contact	Entered	The electronic mail address of the person who is responsible for the task.
Cost1-Cost3	Entered	Use these fields to enter additional task cost information that you want to store.
Duration1-Duration3	Entered	Use these fields to enter additional task duration information that you want to store separately.
Hide Bar	Entered	Indicates whether the Gantt bars for a task are hidden.
Resource Group	Calculated	Displays the resource group to which an assigned resource belongs.
Update Needed	Calculated	Indicates a change in a task that affects the assigned resources.
