PRB: "Getting Started" Report Has Asterisks Instead of Numbers

SYMPTOMS

The Page Preview window displayed by choosing Do Query, as described on page 84 of the "Getting Started" manual, contains asterisks (*) instead of numbers in the MIN_YTDPUR or MAX_YTDPUR fields.

CAUSE

The display width for these fields is too narrow.

RESOLUTION

Increase the display width of the fields that display asterisks until the fields are at least 1-inch wide according to the ruler across the top of the Report Layout window.
