MSPUB: "Not a Publisher File" Error Caused by HP DeskJet 1200

SUMMARY
=======

When you try to open a .PUB file from the File menu in Publisher, you may
receive the following error:

   This is not a publisher file

CAUSE
=====

This error may be caused by certain versions of the Hewlett Packard (HP)
Deskjet 1200 printer driver. The following versions of this driver have
been confirmed to cause this error: 1.0, 2.0a, and 2.10.

RESOLUTION
==========

We have found from our testing that version 2.11, the latest version of
this driver, does not cause this error in Publisher.
