Planned Resource Information May Not Roll Up Automatically |

In Microsoft Project versions 1.0, 3.0, or 3.0a, planned information is
rolled up from resource assignments whenever the planned information is
changed. This rolled-up information includes having the most current
planned information on the task level if the planned information changes on
a resource assignment.
However, when a resource is removed from a task after the plan has been set, the planned information for the deleted resource is removed from the plan for the task. This behavior may lead to incorrect planned information.
In Microsoft Project version 4.0 for Windows, this behavior has changed:
Microsoft Project version 4.0 for Windows no longer rolls up resource
planned information automatically to the task level when planned information at the resource level is changed. The planned fields for a task
are updated only when you choose the Save Baseline command (from the Tools menu, choose Tracking, and then choose Save Baseline); therefore, if resources are added to a task that should be included in the plan, you must choose the Save Baseline command.
NOTE: You can choose to update only a selection of tasks instead of the entire project.

planned and work and resource and reflect and cost
