WordPerfect Bottom Table Cell Border at Page End Lost in Word

SYMPTOMS

When a WordPerfect document contains a table with cell borders and that table spans a page break after you convert the document to Word for Windows, the bottom border of the last row preceding the page break is lost in Word.


CAUSE

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.


WORKAROUND

To correct this problem, select either the entire table or only the affected row following conversion and reapply the bottom border.
