SYMPTOMS
Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers.
The Standard support policy listed on the back of the Microsoft Access
Developer's Toolkit (ADT) version 2.0 registration card reads, in part, as
follows:
No-charge support, via a toll call, is available from Microsoft for 90 days beginning with your first call to a support engineer. This information is incorrect.
RESOLUTION The Standard support policy on the registration card should read, in part, as follows:
Unlimited no-charge support, via a toll call, is available from Microsoft support engineers. The ADT is a member of the AnswerPoint Desktop Applications cluster, not the Developer cluster, and therefore has the same support policies as Microsoft Access version 2.0. |
