SYMPTOMS
========

When you import a document from Microsoft Word version 6.0 for Windows,
text that has been formatted in superscript will not retain its formatting
when it is imported into Microsoft Publisher.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this problem, save the document as a Word for Windows 2.x
file and import the text into Publisher as a Word for Windows 2.x file.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Publisher versions 2.0 and
2.0a. This problem was corrected in Publisher version 3.0 for Windows 95.
