SUMMARY

Each time Catalog Manager runs code (screens, reports, labels, and programs), it reopens any API libraries that were open before Catalog Manager started. When _SHELL reexecutes Catalog Manager, any API libraries that were open before Catalog Manager was first loaded will be closed.
