Many retail copies of Microsoft Publisher include a 44-page catalog titled:

      A Visual Guide to:

   Fonts

The Publisher catalog lists, by filename and picture, the various
components that are included with Publisher. Unfortunately, not all
the listed templates, PageWizard design assistants, clip art images, and so
on are actually included with Publisher 2.0. This can be misleading because
page 1 of this catalog refers specifically to "Microsoft Publisher 2.0."

that are not included with Publisher 2.0 are available in the Special
Occasions Design Pack for Microsoft Publisher and the CD-ROM version of
Publisher 2.0.
