ACC2: Starting MS Access 2.0 Help File Returns Error Message

SYMPTOMS
When you try to start the Microsoft Access version 2.0 Help file,
MSACC20.HLP, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot Find MSACC20.HLP - Add/Install Help
CAUSE
There is an invalid reference to the MSACC20.HLP file in the WINHELP.INI
file in your Windows directory.
RESOLUTION
- Make a backup copy of the WINHELP.INI file by copying the file
to another name (such as WINHELP.BAK).
- Open the WINHELP.INI file in any text editor (such as Windows Notepad)
and remove any line that references the MSACC20.HLP file.
- Save and then close the WINHELP.INI file.
- Verify that the MSACC20.HLP file is in your Access directory.
