CAUSEIn FoxPro 2.6, the default value of MVCOUNT is 1024. There is not enough memory for the MVCOUNT memory variable table allocation and the program you're attempting to run. RESOLUTION
Decrease the MVCOUNT setting in the configuration file.
STATUSThis behavior is by design. MORE INFORMATION
MVCOUNT sets the maximum number of memory variables that FoxPro can
maintain. This value can range from 128 to 65000.
